DOs and DON'Ts of online medical consultations.

DO go online for a consultation if you are traveling and need help with minor medical conditions. Colds, flu, ear infections, rashes, and insomnia are good examples of conditions treatable through online consultations.

DON'T go online for a consultation for emergency care, such as broken bones, heart failure, or stroke. Call 911 for emergency health care in your area if you require immediate medical attention.

DO seek refills of prescriptions after your initial online consultation with Kooldocs.com.

DON'T seek an online consultation for prescriptions for narcotics or other controlled substances.

DO consider Kooldocs.com for its confidential and quality care without the need for a health insurance plan.

DON'T use online medical consultation sites unless their doctors are licensed to practice medicine.

DO use online medical consultations for doctor's notes when you miss work or school.

DON'T seek treatment for diabetes, thyroid problems or high blood pressure without proof of recent lab work on Kooldocs.com
